The Best Early 19th C Whale Tail Shelf with Four Shelves.....
What a great find!!
Shelf measures 30 1/2 inches in height.
24 inches in width
Shelves are 6 inches deep
Bottom shelf has an early age crack approximately 8 inches in length but has been glued together...
Bottom shelf also has a slight concave shape but items sit on the shelf with no problems...
Looks like shelf may have had a light coat of paint at some point in its life as there are tiny traces of white in the grain of the wood and in the edges of the shelves.
Good condition
Top shelf has marks where brackets were attached for hanging...
Wonderful early shelf for displaying early treasures...
